Chroxxenghiphare provides personal styling and image consulting services. As services are personalized and time-based, the following cancellation and refund policies apply:
If you need to cancel or reschedule a consultation appointment, we require at least 48 hours advance notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service cost.
For package services, cancellation policies vary by package type. Please refer to your specific service agreement for detailed cancellation terms.
Due to the personalized nature of our services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis:
If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 7 days of the service date. We will work with you to address your concerns and may offer service modifications or credits toward future services.
Clients who fail to show up for scheduled appointments without prior notice will be charged the full service fee. Repeated no-shows may result in the requirement of a deposit for future appointments.
We understand that circumstances may require rescheduling. We are happy to accommodate rescheduling requests made at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability.
In the event of circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions, we reserve the right to reschedule services or provide alternative arrangements. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
